In-Home Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight company will deliver your massage chair inside your home (no stairs) just inside the doorway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly is required and can take 30-90 minutes, depending on the chair.
In-Home Delivery and Assembly – Avg. Shipping Time 10-20 Business Days
In-Home Delivery and Assembly is the same as White Glove Delivery. Your massage chair will be shipped via Freight to the White Glove Delivery warehouse. They will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date when they receive your order.
The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice. These are not professional massage chair installation experts but a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your massage chair model before.
Massage chairs are heavy, so make sure you have some extra help to move the boxes and help in assembly.

Osaki OS-Monarch Massage Chair
The Osaki OS-Monarch massage chair has a futuristic design with a polished look and comfortable feel. The 3D roller offers a wide range of settings and capabilities. With the L-Track, the Monarch can massage from your neck to your glutes and upper hamstrings. The Monarch has four massage styles: Kneading, Knocking, Tapping, and Shiatsu. With the Osaki OS-Monarch, you can choose various automatic and manual massage settings to get comfortable and relax.

L-Track Technology
The Osaki OS-Monarch massage chair comes equipped with the latest L-Track technology. The roller extended massages from the neck area and continues through to the lower back and then proceeds to massage the glutes and upper hamstrings.
3D Massage
The next generation of 3D massage rollers of the OS-Monarch are designed for outstanding range and flexibility. The 3D technology allows you to control the depth of rollers as it extends in and out from the backrest. The Monarch has 4 levels of 3D intensity control.
Zero Gravity Recline
Inspired by NASA technology, the Zero gravity position is the perfect position to enjoy a massage. The Zero Gravity of the Osaki OS-Monarch aligns your back relative to your thigh at an optimal level of comfort. When reclined into the zero gravity position, the complete weight of your back is virtually supported by the backrest which maximizes the intensity of the massage and helps to uncompress your spine.
Space Saving Technology
The innovative design of the Monarch incorporates a space saving technology. The massage chair slides forward as the chair reclines. As a result, the Osaki OS-Monarch requires only one inch to the wall when in the fully reclined position.
Refelxology Foot Rollers
The Osaki OS-Monarch massage chair has three rollers located on the bottom of the feet that are spinning reflexology massagers. The rollers provide a soothing kneading style application that stimulates the acupuncture points. The airbags inflate to push the feet down that will generate a much deeper massage along the bottoms of your feet.
Extendable Ottoman
The Ottoman on the Osaki OS-Monarch extends outward up to 13.5 Inches allowing taller people to be able to use the massage chair comfortably.
Bluetooth Speakers
The Osaki OS-Monarch is equipped with Bluetooth technology that allows you to listen to their favorite music and phone calls on high quality speakers in the headrest.
Lumbar Heat
There are 2 heating pades located along the lumbar area. The heat helps to loosen your spine and back muscles while warming up your core improving blood flow.
Automatic Programs
The Osaki OS-Monarch massage chair has 5 different automatic massage programs plus 4 more special massage programs. There are Recovery, Pain relief, Stretch, Sleeping and Experience program. For special programs, there are Athlete mode, Shopaholic, Neck & Shoulder and Back & Waist.
Manual Massage
The Manual masssage mode of the Monarch gives you complete control over your massage. You can control the mode, positions, width, speed, 3D depth, air, foot rollers, heat, and timer settings. The manual massage mode is perfect for when you just want a quick massage that is targeted for your need at the time.
USB Charging
While enjoying your massage, you can charge you favorite devices with the supplied USB charger located in the armrest.
Easy to use LCD Remote
The Osaki OS-Monarch remote has an easy view screen the displays the functions the massage chair has activated. On the remote, it allows you to select the massage type, intensity, speed, and location. You can also operate the functions independently in manual mode.
Multi Language Support
The Monarch offers multi language choices for you to choose from. You can select your language at SETTING > LANGUAGE. You can choose from Chinese, English, and Korean.
