Panasonic covers all their all of their Massage Chairs with a 5 year limited warranty besides the EP-1285KL. The first 3 years, parts and labor are covered and the unit will be serviced in your home with no additional cost. The remaining 2 years are parts only, and you will be responsible for the labor.This only covers the massage block and electrical components.


Panasonic 3 Year Limited Warranty

Panasonic covers the Panasonic EP-1285KL with a 3 year limited warranty. Parts and Labor with on site service is covered for the first year and the next 2 years will be parts only and you will have to cover the labor charges.

New Leaf 5 Year Extended Warranty

Fujiiryoki 3 Year Limited Warranty

Fujiiryoki Cyber Relax massage chairs are covered by a 3 Year limited warranty. During the first year of ownership, the massage chair is covered with In-Home Service, Parts, and Labor. During the Second and Third Year of ownership only Parts are covered. This Warranty covers both US and Canada. Shipping charges for international parts replacement may apply.


Fujiiryoki Commercial Warranty

Fujiiryoki covers their Cyber-Relax massage chairs with a 1 Year Warranty for Commercial Use. This covers In-Home Service, Parts, and Labor for the first year of ownership.

Osaki 3 Year "Rock Solid" Warranty

Osaki guarantees that your qualified product will be replaced or repaired, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty parts, workmanship or structural defects during the first THREE(3) years of ownership, excluding specific limitations. Osaki Covers Parts, Labor, and Structural Framework for the 1st year of ownership, Parts and Structural Framework for the 2nd year, and the Structural Framework for the 3rd years.

Human Touch covers their AcuTouch 9500, Zero G 4.0, and AcuTouch HT-7500 massage chairs with a Premium Warranty. This includes a 1 year of In-Home Service, 3 Years of Parts Coverage, and 5 Years of Structural Framework coverage.


Human Touch Standard Warranty

Human Touch covers the ZeroG 2.0 and the Whole Back 2.0 with a standard warranty. This includes 1 year of In-Home service, 2 years of parts coverage, and 3 years of Structural Framework Coverage.


Human Touch Basic Warranty

Human Touch covers their iJoy 2310 and iJoy 2580 massage chairs with a Basic Warranty. This includes 90 days of In-Home Service, 1 Years of Parts Coverage, and 2 Years of Structural Framework coverage.

Inada covers their massage chairs with a 3 year limited warranty. This will cover in-home service and parts for up to 3 years.

Infinity 3 Year Limited Warranty

Infinity covers their Massage Chairs with a 3 Year Limited Warranty. You are covered with In Home Service with Labor for 1 year, Parts for 2 years, and Structural Framework for a total of 3 years.


Infinity Commercial Use Warranty

For use in a Commercial Setting (outside the home), Infinity covers their massage chair with 2 Years of Parts coverage. The owner of the chair will be responsible for labor costs, but will receive free replacement parts.

iComfort massage chairs are covered by a 1 Year Parts & Labor warranty. You will receive full coverage on any malfunctioning part for 1 year from the date of purchase. You will also be provided with Labor to fix the malfunctioning or broken part for 1 year from the date of purchase. All repairs must be done in an iComfort authorized repair center.


New Leaf 3 Year Extended Warranty

The New Leaf Extended Warranty will give you piece of mind with a 3 Year Extended Warranty. The warranty will cover your iComfort Massage chair with Parts, Labor, and In Home Service for a total of 3 years from the date of purchase.


New Leaf 5 Year Extended Warranty

Can I buy an Extended Warranty Plan after I've Purchased my Massage Chair?

Yes! If the manufacturer provides at least 12 months warranty on both parts and labor, the ServicePro Plan can be sold within the first 9 months of the product's original date of purchase. In the case that the manufacturer provides a split warranty (for instance 3 months parts and 1-year labor), the ServicePro Service Plan can be sold within the first 30 days of the manufacturer's original date of purchase.



Can I buy a ServicePro service Plan on a refurbished product?

Yes, provided there is at least 90 days valid parts and labor warranty from the original manufacturer.



What should I do if I need Extended Warranty Service?

Our extended service providers offer an easy to use interactive form online which you may use to request that they initiate a claim on your product. Your other alternative is to call the toll-free number on your extended warranty card or email and have a qualified representative make this request for you with the information you will provide. We believe that our service providers claim initiation request process is the absolute best the industry has to offer. It is designed to be hassle free, speedy, and efficient.



Who will perform the service on my product?

Our warranty service provider works with over 11,000 authorized service professionals. Each one of their technicians is extensively trained by the respective manufacturers to provide service on your products. Authorized technicians must complete annual and bi-annual continued education exams in addition to being well versed in manufacturer supplied update bulletins to ensure their level of expertise is as current as the new products which come to market. We also urge our customers to provide feedback regarding their experiences to their service provider which they later use to insure that the level of service they are expected to provide is exactly the level of service you receive.



May I transfer my Extended Warranty Service Plan to another person?

Our extended service provider's plans are 100% transferable. If you would like to transfer ownership of the covered product along with its coverage, our service provider requires that the request be supplied in writing. For assistance please contact a NewLeaf ServicePro Representative at 855-879-6395. Please make sure to have all of the new owner's information at hand when requesting a transfer. There is also a $25 transfer fee.



Will I have to pay a deductible or any other "hidden costs"?

Generally, the amount of a deductible is almost always proportional to the amount of the premium charged. To have a lower deductible, even as low as $0, the plan holder would have to agree to a higher premium. For those who want lower premiums, they must agree to a higher deductible. Our extended service plans carry a $0.00 deductible along with low premiums. This means that with an extended service plan there are no high upfront costs and they are committed to cover 100% parts and labor costs on any authorized claim.



Are remote controls covered?

Yes, the remote control that came with the product is covered. The reprogramming of the remote control is not covered.



Can I cancel or return the ServicePro service plan?

Yes, you can cancel within the first 30 days of purchase. You need return the plan to Emassagechair.com, which can be done by contacting 888.360.9996 or emailing support@emassagechair.com. See ServicePro Terms & Conditions for special state cancellation guidelines.



If I purchase a product from another store, can I still buy a ServicePro Service Plan on the product?

Yes! Make sure you have the original sales receipt so that you buy the right tiered plan and check to make sure that all eligibility requirements are met. Some plans can only be bought the same day as the product is purchased.



What is the difference between a date of purchase and extension plan?

The date of purchase plans start on the date of the product is sold and are inclusive of the manufacturers warranty. During the manufacturer's term, the ServicePro service plan provides special features such as food loss and power surge protection. Extension plans start immediately following the shortest portion of the manufacturers' warranty.



What kind of parts are used to repair the product?

ServicePro providers use new and refurbished parts depending on availability.
