In-Home Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight company will deliver your massage chair inside your home (no stairs) just inside the doorway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly is required and can take 30-90 minutes, depending on the chair.
In-Home Delivery and Assembly – Avg. Shipping Time 10-20 Business Days
In-Home Delivery and Assembly is the same as White Glove Delivery. Your massage chair will be shipped via Freight to the White Glove Delivery warehouse. They will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date when they receive your order.
The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice. These are not professional massage chair installation experts but a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your massage chair model before.
Massage chairs are heavy, so make sure you have some extra help to move the boxes and help in assembly.

Ogawa Active XL 3D Massage Chair
The Ogawa Active XL 3D Massage Chair is designed for people with larger frames, offering pain relief and body rejuvenation through features such as 3D Vario Motion massage rollers, SL-Track massage from neck to glutes, full body stretching, and full body compression massage. Despite its four-inch wider seat, the chair still will fit a large range of individuals.

3D Vario Motion Rollers
The 3D Vario Motion massage rollers offer a wider massage area and more accurate massage than most chairs. They use fast-sensing technology to target specific problem areas and relieve tight muscles. The chair also includes a feature that targets 36 acupuncture points along the spine for spinal relief.
SL-Track
The Active XL 3D has a roller track designed to fit the body's contours, allowing the massage rollers to reach from the back of the head and neck down to the upper thighs and under the gluteus muscles.
Zero Gravity Recline
The Zero Gravity recline elevates your knees above your heart, reducing pressure on the lower spine and improving circulation. This position also lowers blood pressure and creates a weightless feeling, allowing for a deeper massage experience.
Air Compression Massage

Automatic Ottoman
