What is White Glove Delivery?
White Glove Delivery is the delivery and installation of your massage chair. A two-person freight delivery team will coordinate the best day and time for delivery. Once they arrive your chair will be brought into your house, carried up one flight of stairs if needed, and completely assembled. Please make sure to do a test run of the chair to make sure it is in working order before the delivery company leaves.

What is Curbside Delivery?
Curbside Delivery is also known as Threshold Delivery. Once your package gets close to home the freight company will call you to schedule the delivery. Your massage chair will arrive unassembled in its factory box. They will deliver your package to your carport or entryway. Curbside Delivery is good for someone who is comfortable assembling their massage chair with the help of the owners manual.

What are the benefits of White Glove Delivery?
The major benefit of White Glove Delivery is ease of installation and assembly. The massage chair will arrive in it's original box or boxes completely unassembled. These boxes can weigh up to 200+ lbs and can be difficult to maneuver. White Glove helps those who live alone, aren't able to lift or assemble large furniture, and for those who would rather leave it up to a furniture installation team.

Do you recommend White Glove Delivery?
We do recommend White Glove Delivery in some cases. For those who live alone, or need a helping hand White Glove is beneficial. We admire the do it yourself types and most of our customers are more than able and savvy enough to put their chair together. If you can follow the simple directions, have a helping hand, and can take the 45-90 minutes to install your chair, then White Glove Delivery is not recommended.
