Track Your Order
After you've submitted your order, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided. Please review your order information and let us know if we need to make any changes as soon as possible. If you don't see our email, check your Spam or Junk folder. Still don't see it? Give us a call at 888.360.9996. and we'd be happy to resend the email. You can also check your order status by emailing us or by logging into My Account.
Your massage chair is then immediately processed and prepped for shipping and is picked up by our freight carrier usually on the next business day.
Track Your Order
Once your Massage Chair is in transit, we'll email you a copy of the invoice along with the tracking information. You'll receive your tracking number within 3-5 business days, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real-time, during it's 7-14 day delivery. Once your chair is about to arrive, you'll receive a courtesy call to schedule a convenient day and time for the drop-off. Please note that adding White Glove Delivery may add a few days.
Relaxation is about to begin
Your massage chair is delivered right to your door where you can unpack, assemble, install, and enjoy! If you chose White Glove Delivery when you ordered, your chair will be set up in the room of your choice and the debris will be taken away by a professional installation team.
