Osaki OS-4000 Executive Zero Gravity Massage Chair

My daughter owns this model and I have used hers a couple of times and it is a wonderful feeling to just lay there and let this chair do it's work. Although we live close to each other, I still plan to get a chair of my own. Just the thought of being able to get a full body massage anytime you want one and in the privacy of your own home is a great feeling so if you are in the market for a massage chair, I definitely rate this as a great one to consider.

It was very hard to try out a chair since we don't have a dealer within 80 miles so I took a chance after reveiwing several online. i choose the OS-4000 since it had all the features that I wanted. It was very easy for me to to assemble except the left arm uses "gray" colored air hose identifier as opposed to the right arm which uses green air hose identifier (per assy directions); gray-to-gray was correct. If you don't get an Email with tracking number within three business days of ordering, don't worry just call Emassagechair like I did. I got my tracking number over the phone from Heather and realized my tracking email was in my junk folder! So far we are very pleased with the quality and operation of the chair.

Very cool massage chair. I had tried a chair at brookstone and saw that this was a comparable chair for much cheaper. So far the chair has been better than the one I tried and I'm very pleased.

I cannot boast enough about both the Osaki 4000 and the outstanding customer service from Emassagechair. I ordered the chair last Friday and it was delivered on Thursday. We chose the white glove service as the chair was going upstairs. I recommend the white glove service also for ensuring that the chair is assembled properly and in fully working order. I worked with Matthew at Emassagechair and he was most helpful answering all my questions without any pressure. Whether you decide on the Osaki 4000, which I highly recommend, or any other chair, definitely consider Emassagechair. Great prices AND phenomenal customer service. Have to go now and get back in the massage chair :).

I'm glad that I did not ask for the installation service. This chair is amazingly simple to assemble. It's basically 4 parts, (2) arms, (1) base, (1) back.

There are some reviews out there that state the massage is not forceful enough. Like other chairs, there are removable pads to increase the intensity of the massage. When in any one of the two "Zero-Gravity" positions, I had to turn down the force of the massage. The calf massage can be painful if you do not adjust the sensitivity of it. Common sense here. If its not forceful enough, turn it up. If its too forceful, turn it down.

The preset massages are great. I'd highly recommend this chair for anyone. It is easy to assemble and give a great massage. You can pinpoint it to any specific area as well.

There aren't many reviews available about this chair, but Heather answered all of my questions about the Osaki OS-4000. I placed the order and it arrived 8 days later in perfect condition. The chair feels amazing and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. I opted for the 5-year full warrant and white glove delivery and they still had the cheapest price available anywhere! Tip, if you like a strong massage, take out the optional padding thats in the backrest. It really makes for a stronger massage!

This was a birthday gift purchased for me from my business partner / best friend. The chair is everything I wanted and more. The communication from emassagechair.com was great, the delivery came as expected and was a breeze. My sisters, mom and friends come over and the first thing they want to do is get a massage!

This Chair is amazing. I have only had it a couple weeks and it has already been a blessing to my back. I suffer from MS and have had very bad back pain; I was taking prescription pain pills and not liking how often I needed them. After spending 15 – 30 minutes a day in the chair I have not needed any pain meds for my back. The chair is also good for poor circulation in my legs.
