Here's How it Works

• The Product must be the exact same product that we are offering on Emassagechair.com
• The Product must be in stock at the competitor and available for delivery.
• It must be a price seen on a web site or store, it cannot be an auction site, paid membership club or a site like eBay.
• If a store, it must be a legitimate store located in the United States.
• Taxes (if any) and shipping charges (if applicable) will be included when calculating the price difference.
• The web site or retail store must be a verifiable authorized dealer of the brand in question.
• We are able to confirm the validity of the competitor's offer.

How to Claim Your Price Match Guarantee
If you have found the product cheaper from another Authorized Dealer, and it meets the conditions above, please call us Toll Free at 888.360.9996. When you call, be prepared with the following items:

• The Brand and the product that you are claiming a Price Match on, as well as the price of the competitor.
• A print copy of the advertisement for the item or the URL of the website where the item can be found at a lower price (Please note that Price Comparison websites are NOT valid for proof from Price Match. Item must be advertised on the Authorized Dealer's own page or ad).
• We will verify the information, and give you a discount equal to 110% of the difference, and email or call you with your new total. Offer is not valid unless information can be verified by Emassagechair.com. Please note that this offer is valid for 10 days after you make your purchase.

Price Match Exclusions

• Emassagechair.com will not match any prices from an Unauthorized Dealer of the product.
• Auction sites like Ebay and online stores located outside of the United States do not qualify for Price Matching
• Blow-outs, Close-outs, Clearance Items and discontinued items are not valid for Price Match. Item must be currently in production from the Manufacturer in order to qualify.
• Price Match is only valid for Brand New Products with Manufacturer's packaging and a full Manufacturer Warranty. Open-Box, Used, Display, Scratch-n-Dent, Returned or Damaged Items are NOT available for Price Match.
• Services, Extended Service Plans, Parts and Accessories are excluded from Price Match Guarantee.
• Some Panasonic models do not qualify for our Price Match Guarantee
