Will I be charged Sales Tax?No. Sales tax is not imposed on orders made outside the state of Nevada.

I want to cancel or change my order - What do I do?Call us or email us as soon as possible. As long as the item has not shipped we can easily cancel or change your order. In the event that your item has already shipped please reference our Return Policy.

We take pride in our products and our customer service, for that reason your satisfaction is our highest priority. At checkout, please double check your order to be sure that you have chosen the correct product, or feel free to contact an emassagechair.com customer service team member if you are unsure. If you would like to return your product, you have 30 days to do so. Customers are responsible for the freight charges and a 15% - 35% restocking fee depending on the specific massage chair purchased. When the returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive a credit for the total of your purchase minus the freight and restocking fees. White Glove delivery is a service and is therefore non-refundable.
What is your Exchange Policy?
I Want To Return My Purchase - What do I do?
Like our return policy customers have 30 days to exchange their massage chair for another model. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and the possible 15% - 30% restocking fees. If the massage chair is defective we'll exchange it for the same model with no additional shipping costs. Once an exchange has taken place on a non defective chair there is no option for a return. If you have exchanged a massage chair for a different model and still aren't satisfied, you can either exchange the chair for a similar model of the same brand, or return the massage chair to receive a refund minus the shipping and restocking fees.The return process is simple. Just contact an emassagechair.com customer service team member to get your Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct address to send your item. Please be sure that the item is returned in its original condition and that it is packed in its original boxes. Products returned improperly will not be accepted. Restocking fees and return shipping charges will apply.
CancellationsWe usually ship orders next day, if you choose to cancel your order after your massage chair has shipped you will be liable for any shipping charges incurred, as well as a 3% credit card processing fee.

Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes, we ship Free to all 48 contiguous US states. *If you live outside of the US or would like to ship your chair Internationally, please call us for a custom quote.

Most orders ship within 48 hours and take about 7-14 business days to be delivered.
Will I be able to track my order?Yes. Once your order is shipped we’ll send you tracking information for your purchase. You can follow it all the way to your town. Once your package arrives and is ready to be delivered our freight carrier will call you to set up a time for a convenient delivery.
Is shipping really FREE?Yes! We ship your order right to your door for FREE. This product will be shipped using Curbside/Threshold delivery. The product will be delivered to your door or the nearest ground-level entrance of your residence. Signature required upon delivery
Can I upgrade my shipping?Absolutely. We recommend that you use White Glove Delivery for your massage chair. Massage chairs can be heavy and sometimes difficult to assemble and we want you to be able to get the chair where you would like it without a hassle. Just select the White Glove Delivery option at checkout and your chair will be delivered, completely assembled, and the boxes and debris will be taken away.
What does White Glove Delivery include?When you choose White Glove delivery you will have 2 Delivery Men bring the chair indoors, unpack it, and set it up while removing all of the packaging. They will also carry the chair up two flights of stairs if needed. Since White Glove Delivery results in a local setup team doing this portion of your delivery, please allow an additional 3 business days for delivery.
What should I do if my order was damaged during shipment?We want you to be thrilled with your new massage chair. Please inspect your items upon delivery. In the rare occurrence that your order has been damaged during shipment please note specific damages on the delivery slip with the carrier. Then contact an emassagechair.com customer service team member for further assistance. If your item is partially damaged we will get a replacement piece or part to you immediately. If your item is non-salvageable please refuse delivery and contact us. The item will be shipped back and we will ship you a new item immediately.

How Do I track my order?
Once your order has been submitted it will be prepared for processing. This preparation takes between 48-72 hours. Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed your tracking information which includes a link to the freight company website and a tracking number. You can also login to My Account to obtain your tracking information. From there you can track your shipment all the way to your town. When your shipment is ready for delivery you will receive a courtesy call from the freight company to set up a convenient day and time for delivery. If you chose White Glove Service your shipment will be delivered to our White Glove Service Provider. They in turn will give you a call to coordinate a convenient day and time for delivery and installation. White Glove Delivery adds between 2-3 additional days to your shipment.
