In-Home Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight company will deliver your massage chair inside your home (no stairs) just inside the doorway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly is required and can take 30-90 minutes, depending on the chair.
In-Home Delivery and Assembly – Avg. Shipping Time 10-20 Business Days
In-Home Delivery and Assembly is the same as White Glove Delivery. Your massage chair will be shipped via Freight to the White Glove Delivery warehouse. They will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date when they receive your order.
The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice. These are not professional massage chair installation experts but a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your massage chair model before.
Massage chairs are heavy, so make sure you have some extra help to move the boxes and help in assembly.

Osaki 3D Dreamer V2 Massage Chair
The Osaki 3D Dreamer V2 Massage Chair is a redesign of one of Osaki’s best-selling massage chairs. The Dreamer is power packed with features to take away your daily stress and tension. The 3D massage mechanism delivers a powerful massage from the base of your neck to underneath your glutes. Heating elements in the lumbar, seat, feet, and rollers will loosen up your muscle fibers for a better massage experience. More features include zero gravity recline, foot rollers, Bluetooth speakers, 11 massage programs, and more.
Features
Heated 3D Massage Mechanism
The quad-style massage mechanism incorporates 3D technology so you can adjust your massage from a softer massager to a deeper massage. Some days you need to relax; other days, you need some deep recovery. The 3D massage mechanism has five speed and intensity settings, three 3D depth settings, three width settings, and built in heat.
SL-Track
The massage mechanism travels along the massage track. The SL-Track starts at the base of your neck and extends to the edge of your hamstrings. The body scan ensures that the massage mechanism follows your spine's "S" contour for a massage tailored to your body.
Zero Gravity Recline
The Osaki 3D Dreamer V2 incorporates two stages of zero gravity recline. Zero gravity recline will recline the chair back while raising the legrest. While in this position, the force of gravity is distributed across your entire body, relieving stress on joints and decompressing the spine. With space-saving technology, you can place the dreamer within 1” of the wall.
Air Compression Massage
The Osaki 3D Dreamer V2 has 72 airbags located at the head, shoulders, arms, back, hips, calves, and feet for a full body massage. Choose three intensity settings independently in three regions. Perfect for relaxation after a long day of work.
Heat Therapy
Reduce the built-up tension in your body with the heat therapy of the Dreamer V2. There are heating elements throughout the chair at the lumbar, seat, feet, and massage rollers. You will be nice and warm throughout your entire body.
Automatic Massage Programs
The Osaki 3D Dreamer V2 massage chair has more than enough programs for any of your daily needs using kneading, tapping, knocking, kneading, and tapping and Shiatsu. Choose from recover, relief, comfort, stretch, renew, refresh, energy, revive, active, quick relaxation, and medicine.
Foot Rollers
The footrest is enclosed, which means you slide your feet into it. Your feet are wrapped with airbags from the sides and top. Below are two spinning reflexology massage rollers. One targets the front of the feet, while the second kneads the heel.
Extendable Legrest
The legrest of the Osaki 3D Dreamer V2 massage chair extends up to five inches to accommodate taller people. Once the body scan initiates, the legrest will extend outward and then retract to fit the length of your legs.
Bluetooth Speakers
Next to your head of the Osaki 3D Dreamer V2 are high-quality Bluetooth speakers. Connect your smartphone and listen to your favorite music, podcasts, or audiobooks while you get a massage.
Armrest Controls
Located on the armrest are controls that quickly give you access to a few features. For example, you can toggle the power, stretching, medicine programs, compression massage, zero gravity recline, and time.
Remote Control
The remote control is a handheld that features an LCD screen. The panel has many standard features you can easily use or dive into the menu system for more advanced functions. While in use, the screen will show you what functions the massage chair performs.
